切角機(jī)是由機(jī)座、機(jī)頭、減速箱、工作臺(tái)、切角刀、拖板等零部件組成。
切角機(jī)電機(jī)通過(guò)減速箱減速后，帶動(dòng)飛輪旋轉(zhuǎn)，當(dāng)扳下操作手柄（圖（2）中14）或踩下踏板（圖（2）中19）時(shí)，開關(guān)座（12）即與飛輪（11）嚙合，從而使偏心輪（3）轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)，再通過(guò)連桿（2）帶動(dòng)切角刀（15）作上下裁切運(yùn)動(dòng)。
This machine is made up of parts and components such as machine seat, machine head, speed reduction box, worktable, cutter and towing board.
After the motor decelerates through the speed reducer, it drives the flywheel to rotate. When the handle is pulled down(14 in Figure 2) or the pedal is stepped down(19 in Figure 2), the switch seat(12) is engaged with the flywheel(11)., In this way, the eccentric wheel(3) is rotated, and then the cutting cutter(15) is driven by the connecting rod(2) for up and down cutting motion.
