使用壓緊機(jī)之前，請(qǐng)先對(duì)壓緊機(jī)的結(jié)構(gòu)原理進(jìn)行了解。并請(qǐng)按照以下操作規(guī)程順序進(jìn)行操作。

  Before operation, first understand the structure principle of the compacting machine and carry out the operation according to the following operation procedure.

  檢查電機(jī)給電是否正確，檢查油箱油位情況，如不足應(yīng)加足。油泵電機(jī)方向以箭頭方向?yàn)闇?zhǔn)。

  Check whether the motor switches correctly, check the oil box position in full and oil pump motor direction bases as the arrow direction.

  檢查推壓板(中間)的潤(rùn)滑度，如不足應(yīng)加足，使之充分潤(rùn)滑。

  Check the push plate (middle) lubrication degree in full.

  啟動(dòng)電源開關(guān)后液壓系統(tǒng)工作，將書脊朝下放入。碰踏開關(guān)，推壓板向前擠壓。一定時(shí)間后自動(dòng)退回到原位以備下次擠壓。擠壓時(shí)間可由時(shí)間繼電器調(diào)節(jié)。

  Start the power switch, place the book spine downwards. Pedal the switch, the push plate extrudes forwards. After a certain time, it will automatically return the original position so as to prepare the next extrusion.
